This policy explains what Devia Juice Bar LLC ("Devia Juice Bar", "we", "us") collects when you visit deviajuicebar.com, order from us, or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site. Our catering form asks for your name, email, phone number, event date, budget, the packages you are interested in, and details about your event. Our careers form asks for your name, email, phone number, home address, the location you are applying for, and when you can start. We only receive what you type in.

When you sign up for our newsletter. We receive your email address and use it only to send you news, menu updates and offers from Devia Juice Bar. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

When you buy from our online store. We receive your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery details, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

When you order through Toast or Uber Eats. Pickup and delivery orders placed through Toast or Uber Eats are handled by those companies under their own privacy policies. They share with us what we need to prepare your order.

When you contact us directly. If you email, call or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive whatever you send us.

Automatically, when you browse. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and roughly where you are (city level), through the cookies described below.

How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your orders
  • To answer catering requests, send quotes and plan your event
  • To review job applications and contact applicants
  • To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site and our advertising
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site is hosted on Squarespace, which sets cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart.

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and the Google Ads tag to measure which of our ads lead to orders or enquiries, and, where enabled, to show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing). These tools set cookies on your device. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices:

  • Opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com
  • Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the business, each using it only to provide their service to us:

  • Squarespace, which hosts this website, our forms and our online store
  • Our payment processor, for store purchases
  • The email service we use to send our newsletter
  • Toast and Uber Eats, for orders you place through them
  • Google, for analytics and advertising measurement as described above

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of our customers and staff.

How long we keep it

We keep order and catering records for as long as we need them for business, tax and legal purposes. Job applications are kept for up to one year so we can contact you about future openings, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@deviajuicebar.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
