These terms cover your use of deviajuicebar.com and any order you place with Devia Juice Bar LLC ("Devia Juice Bar", "we", "us"), 184 NE 50th Terrace, Miami, FL 33137. By using this site or ordering from us, you accept these terms. We have kept them in plain language.

Our menu and prices

Menu items, ingredients and prices shown on this site are for information and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you order in store, through our online store, or through Toast or Uber Eats. Some items may sell out or differ between our Upper Buena Vista and Midtown locations.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our menu includes common allergens, including tree nuts (such as almond butter, almond milk and coconut). Please tell our team about any allergy before you order. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens.

Health information

Our drinks and food are made to be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle. Descriptions of ingredients and their benefits are general information, not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, check with your doctor before making changes to your diet.

Online orders

Orders placed through our online store are confirmed by email. Orders placed through Toast or Uber Eats are also subject to those companies' own terms. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at info@deviajuicebar.com or (347) 445-4682 and we will make it right.

Catering and events

Sending a catering request through this site does not book an event or create a contract. It asks us to get in touch. Your booking is confirmed once we agree the menu, date, price and any delivery or setup details with you in writing. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, and 3 to 5 days for larger events. Cancellation terms are set out in your written quote.

Job applications

Applying through our careers page does not create an offer of employment. We review every application and contact the people we would like to meet.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and menu designs on this site belong to Devia Juice Bar LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. You are welcome to link to any page and share our posts.

Using this site

Please do not misuse this site, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through our forms, or submitting someone else's details.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general information on this site.

Links to other sites

This site links to Toast, Uber Eats, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
